Beach Towels
To obtain a beach towel please to go to the counter, located next to the Pool Bar, and you will be provided with a towel in exchange for one of the towel cards that was handed to you on the day of your arrival. The schedule for this service is from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs.

Medical Service
The medical clinic is located between the main theatre and our banquet and convention facility. The center offers 24 hrs basic medical service everyday, and its services are not included in your “All Inclusive” program. (extra charge apply)
The resort is not associated with the medical facilities and not responsible for any pricing or claims procedure.

Taxis
For your own security and safety, we recommend using only authorized taxis. If you require the service of taxi, we suggest requesting this through Reception, Porters or through our central telephone office.

The Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Hotel accepts the following Credits Cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card and Dinners Club. Should you have any doubts regarding your Credit Card payment, please contact Reception.

For those guests looking for a sanctuary, the Spa offers a relaxing atmosphere and a mix of body and health treatments such as massage, sauna, hairdressing, cosmetics, fragrance shower, Turkish bath and Hydro massage among others.
