In order to share the photo and video memories of your wedding with our Majestic community, we request that our wedding couples complete the form below prior to their wedding day. Also, please request your bridal party and immediate family to complete the form starting on page 2.
Completed forms may be digitally signed or scanned and sent to infoweddings.puntacana@majestic-resorts.com or infoweddings.costamujeres@majestic-resorts.com. If you are not able to complete your form digitally, please bring a printed copy with all signatures to the resort.
